Cancellation and Refund

\Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are already in transit or have been delivered. However, if a refund request is raised by the customer for any reason, we will thoroughly investigate the matter. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited directly to the customer’s account. Please note that once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be canceled.
